In the Sea of Green by AkiAmeko In the Sea of Green by AkiAmeko
Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaay markers. :D

Um, so. I wanted to do a full marker drawing of Aki, and I was feeling in an oddly green mood at the time. :o Which is weird because I don't normally like green...

Anyway, Aki just kind of laying on the ground among some vines or something. I like her dress. It was based off of a celtic dress I bought. :) (Although the dress was actually Aki purple... But I still felt like drawing her in celtic green. X3 ) Her skin is the only copic in here, and it REALLY shows. I need more copics. D:

Aki Ameko (c) me!

Even if the skin is the only copic, this still looks really nice- I like the parts where you can see the marker strokes in the dress, it gives it a crushed velvet sort of texture.

I know!! I wasn't planning on the crush velvet affect, but it's a happy accident that it looks that way! Thanks so much for the kind comment. ^_^

Agh, I'm just not much of a green person. XD;;; And green with red hair is overdone anyway. :P

I see this and immediately want to play Secret of Mana on SNES... There's a lot of green in that, too. XD

Nice job. ^_%^

Yeah. ^_^

Ummm... a bit off-topic, but what's a good RPG? I'm looking for one, and I want to get away from Shin Megami Tensei, because I don't want to summon Demons... (Tat's why I did Persona, it's not demons you're summoning. And there's no way you can accidentally ally your self with Satan and cause death to Tokyo)

I've played a lot of FF, no Dragon Quest, 2 out of the 3 xenosagas, and a lot of Dot Hack. Except GU... I could never move on from the original series. ^_^

Ah.

Final Fantasy is one, I'm assuming you have played one of those judging by your work...

Actually, no, not really. I've started FFX and didn't even get to meet Yuna yet, I got too bored. D:

I hated FFX. I honestly didn't see why everyone loved it so much. On all the parts when it tries to be emotional, it's always cheesy.

Actually, a lot of Final Fantasy games were over-hyped. And Kingdom Hearts, but I still liked both of them.

I like Kingdom Hearts. (Although I've only played the first one for like...2 hours, LOL. Got a good way through Chain of Memories though... And I've read the manga. :) ) There's something akin to the innocence and beauty of childhood imagination that I like about it... Maybe it's just the Disney. :XD:

I still want to play FFX. D: I like the characters... Well, mostly Yuna. :XD: She has one of the best character designs ever and I fell in love with that summoning sequence she does on the lake. :XD:
