OH LOOK IT'S AKI AGAIN.

It's been a while since I've submitted a deviation with her in it.

I have now come to terms with the fact that this is an avatar OC. Maybe she will get to have Marchen as her story someday but I just like drawing her.

Lavender roses! I've been kind of rose crazy recently and wanted to draw Aki with roses. Gave the lineart my usual livetrace and texture treatment. Also, lavender roses are supposed to symbolize something mystical, fantastical, or rare. And Aki looks good in lavender.

Critique? Maybe? Sure. I'd like some feedback on how I did drawing a profile. :3 Cause they're usually pretty hard for me...

You did the profil well. Love the hair, and the slight "shine" part of it has. Only thing I could say is that perhaps her skin shouldn't be uniform....but then again, if this was scanned (I know all well about scanners eating up little details)

And the roses are a nice touch!

Yes it was scanned, but it was colored digitally. But you're right, the texture doesn't show up very much on her skin...
