This is my character sheet for ~Ganondorfthethird's "Oberon's Garden" OC tournament! More info on my audition.

This is Natsu. Natsu comes from a world just like our own--they have video games, the internet, and wear modern clothes from the GAP. Except everyone there are elves. (Which is, in effect, humans with pointed ears.)

Natsu is a total geek for fantasy stuff. Books, Movies, TV, video games, manga, you name it!! And she is prone to making references to things of the fantasy genre. (Her owl, Orly, for instance, was chosen for a pet because the wizards in her favorite novel "Larry Carter" have them.) She LOVES humans--because they're so mangical and elegant and have round ears and that's so cool!! *o* So expect her to make references to fantasy lore, and you may include this in your own entry.

Natsu is 13. Not appears 13 and is actually over 100. She is 13. Really.

Now, I couldn't include everything I wanted in my audition, so here's some things I will address...

Natsu's wish: Well, as you may be able to guess, she pretty much already got it. Her wish for the end of the tournament (should I get there) has yet to be determined. Should I get in, I will let plot developement help decide this.

Competing in the tournament: I plan to write a little blurb (text only) or include in round one Gobs explaing to her about the tournament and perhaps taking her to meet Glenn and Diana Brambles, as she is competing for them. This is if I get in though... I'd rather not go through the effort if I don't get in.

Outfits: In the audition I have her wearing the casual outfit from her home world, but either in round one or the in-between entry I will have her change outfits. As an opponent you may choose to put her in either one, although I do prefer the fantasy look.

Natsu's magic: As the result of Gobs's wish, Natsu was transported to the World through the mirror shard, and also granted magical powers thusly. (I know I'm bending the circumstances a little, but it's fantasy, so I figure I have a little leeway. ) However, Natsu cannot control it. She will usually thrust out her hand and hope something good comes of it. She may learn to control her magic better later on. Her magic is primarily transformation but it may expand on to something else later on.

Orly the Owl: Orly is Natsu's owl, (and if you don't get the joke on his name, obviously you haven't been on the internet long enough. ) who serves the purpose of following her around, being cute, and adding comical relief. In addition to Natsu's powers, Orly has also gained the ability to speak: However, this is limited only to 1337 speak and other internet slang. (Natsu and Orly started off as DnD characters, and I liked them so much that I decided to expand upon the idea. )

Gobs and the mirror: Bending circumstances a bit here too. Although it was not specifically mentioned that Gobs had the mirror, let's just say...it magically appeared to Gobs in his time of need. Now, I know that Gobs may need to be used in between rounds for plot developement, so I don't have to keep him--I can ditch him and let Natsu go out on her own. I really don't have a whole lot of plans for the next round as of yet.

Personality: Natsu is gutsy, and hardly takes anything seriously. She's very excitable, which gives her the tendancy to jump into things without entirely thinking them through. She can be selfish when it comes to persuing her own dreams, but she would never intentionally hurt anyone. She can sometimes let her own sense of humor get away with her and laugh at someone without tact. She is rather difficult to discourage and difficult to really upset, but when she does she can throw a whiney teenage drama fit. Although, this usually manifests itself in the form of vengeful anger rather than mopey tears. But mostly Natsu has a love of fun, humor, and all things that are new, random, and promise a good adventure.
