I've been working on this for SO LONG!!!

I wanted to do something REALLY good. Really really good. I wanted to challenge myself. And ya, I will most certainly say this is the most favorite thing I've ever done. X3333;;; (AND THIS IS HOW WE ABUSE THE SMUDGE TOOL, LOL!!)

I'm so happy with this.

This is my original character, Aki Ameko, that I've used in a lot of different RPs. She's an elven mage who's very moody and very loving. Her magic revolves around the eastern and western zodiac. Being a Virgo and a Dragon, she inherits certain powers such as healing and holiness.

I've seen a lot of people on DA do pics of magical people creating hearts with their powers, and that kind of inspired me to do something like this myself. ^.^ I likes it.

I wasn't originally going to add the virgo wings, but the space behind her back was rather blank and I thought it needed it. Plus I think it gives it kind of a nice look... Like they're barely there, but only visible in the glow of her magic.

I wanted this picture to show not only how she looks, but also something about her personality. She is a kind, caring healer, and always seems to be the light and warmth within her group of friends. Her magic works best when she is calm, and the warmth of her light can sooth the soul.
