Hello everyone! ~silver-dragonetsu and I have finally decided that we want to start a webcomic. We are taking the "Marchen: The Journey" RP storyline and turning it into a comic! Silver will be the official writer, and I will be the official artist. (Creative credit also goes to ~Alchemist-Aru/~McCaptor ) But! I need your help...

I'm trying to push my artistic skills, and this includes setting character designs that I will need to adhere to. (So that my characters don't vary in height, etc., every time I draw them. ) Silver, Aru, and I have height and build specifications in mind for the characters. I'd like to get references of REAL PEOPLE who match these specs and base the characters off of them! So, the specs are...

Aki Ameko
Gender: Female
Height: 5'0" (152 cm)
Build: Light, Tiny

Ryuu Kai
Gender: Male
Height: 6'1" (185 cm)
Build: Muscular (But not DBZ-ish )

Freyr Leofric
Gender: Male
Height: 5'10" (177 cm)
Build: Skinny, Lanky

Usagi Kai
Gender: Female
Age: 6-8 (Height and weight are open as long as the subject is the right age. )

Daniel Washburg
Gender: Male
Height: 5'7" (170 cm)
Build: Slim

Kiba Watson
Gender: Male
Height: 5'9" (175 cm)
Build: Musular (But not DBZ-ish )

Kirie
Gender: Female
Height: 5'7" (170 cm)
Build: Athletic

Vent Arc
Gender: Male
Height: 5'9" (175 cm)
Build: Skinny

Aster
Gender: Male
Height: 6'6" (198 cm)
Build: Burly, with a slight belly

The Contest
If you fit one of these character specs, please send me a few pictures of yourself, so that I may use them for drawing reference!

Rules & Regulations
If you are under 18, then YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION from a parent or guardian to send me pictures of yourself.
You may send me pictures of other people that you know, but you must have both their permission and the permission of their parent/guardian (if they're under 18) to do so. The prize, if chosen, will go to that person and not yourself if they so want it.
Should be at least 3 pics showing your full body front, side, and back. Please wear clothing that makes it easier to see the figure for the pictures. WEAR CLOTHING. NO NUDE PICS OR UNDERWEAR SHOTS. D:
Character specifications are approximate but not exact. A little leeway for specified heights is allowed.
Please send all entries TO ME IN A NOTE, and specify which character you think you match and your exact age, height, and weight.
All characters are adults, with the exception of Usagi, who is 6-8yo. However, teens WHO HAVE PERMISSION may also fit the specs and send pics.
Any questions should be noted to myself or commented in this journal.
Reference pics DO NOT need to be uploaded to deviantART if you do not wish to do so. They just need to be uploaded somewhere where I can save them to my computer.
Entries chosen for each character MUST GRANT ME PERMISSION to use them as reference pictures for as long as I deem it necessary.
Aspects like the quality of the photo and the visibility of the individual may come into account when selecting the winners.
Although you may win the contest for your specified character category, I may not choose to use you as a model for the character if you're not what I'm looking for. I am not going to hold out on the other prizes for those who did enter though.
There will be only one prize winner for each character. So, there will be 9 winners all together. (One Aki, one Ryuu, etc.)
Contest ends Oct 31, 2009, but may be extended if more entries are needed.

Prizes
If you are chosen, your image will become the official model for the respective character to appear in the comic!
Each individual I choose to cast as a character will win their choice of either a free 3-month Premium deviantART subscription, 10,000 Gaia Gold, or a free commission drawn by me! (Commission specifications to be negotiated upon winning.)

Disclaimer
I, *AkiAmeko, will NOT use the images submitted for the contest for any other use than for drawing reference. I will use the winners and ONLY the winners chosen. I will NOT redistribute these pics anywhere else on the internet.
